Consulting is provided on a first come first served basis. Existing/returning customers get priority for scheduling. Hourly rates do not include travel or project related expenses. We contact you to establish the feasability and make sure that we understand the issues or requirements of the mandate. At which time we will provide an estimate and discuss the steps and the time required.
