Windows 10 Slow keyboard
We’ve come across enough emails to warrant looking into the problem of sluggish keyboard response. It happened to us recently and we had a hard time understand what what the cause.
Make sure you go through the usual steps. Check to see if something is using up your processor, RAM, of drive read/write cycles. If your drive is at 100% then it’s normal your keyboard is unresponsive. Scan your system for viruses and Malware. Update the hardware drivers and the Operating System.
If you have a wireless keyboard then check to make sure you have new batteries.
Try this: Go to Windows Setting | Ease of Access | Keyboard | Filter Keys
Turn the Filter Keys ON and then back OFF after a few seconds. This fixed our system.
